Pearson's LST - Jobs and Ranks

[Instinct]

All Ranks in Pearson's LST require different skills and jobs, but every single Rank (Apart from the Leader) is the same, it is just a different job.

Rank 1 - Leader

Rank 2 - Pilot
Rank 3 - Driver
--------------------------------------------

There are not many Ranks, but each Rank has a certain requirement.

E.G:
Pilot Requires - Pilot's License
Driver Requires - Driver's License
